When President Biden was elected, he unleased of fury of Executive Orders which have strangled our domestic sources of energy. In less than one year the United States went from being an energy independent nation, to being energy dependent on nations who have no interest in our National Security. We all see the result at the gas pump when we fill up our cars, and when we pay our monthly utility bills and when we buy groceries. Additionally, the federal government passed exorbitant amounts of spending bills which flooded our economies across the nation with massive amounts of money. As I learned in my college economics classes years ago, when there is too much money chasing too few goods (because the government shutdown our economy), the result will always be INFLATION! Taken together, the attack on our sources of energy, and massive infusions of cash have created a catastrophic economy. Elected officials at all levels must understand and work to secure a national energy strategy that makes and keeps us energy independent. This means we must consider all forms of energy, which includes fossil fuels, wind, solar and nuclear power. As your elected representative, I pledge to do just this!
