we continually see legislation to strangle our right to bear arms through limits on the sale of certain types of firearms, magazine capacity, and ammunition for these firearms. Our founders knew and understood the right to bear arms was paramount to the survival of our government.  Countries that disarm citizens are well on the path to tyranny.  I’ve been a hunter and gun owner since my Dad gave me my first shotgun and rifle for hunting when I was twelve years old. I’ve been a responsible gun owner for 48 years!  We cannot entertain any effort to reduce or eliminate lawful gun ownership in the United States.  This is our right guaranteed by the second amendment, and I will fight any attempt by the government to do so!
